How can I subscribe to a plan?

You can subscribe to any available plan by selecting your preferred duration (day, week, month, or annual) when choosing a game or product. If a variant is not available for subscription, it may be offered as a one-time purchase.

How does the billing process work?
  • Daily and Weekly Subscriptions: You will be billed at the start of your subscription and will have access for the respective period (24 hours or 7 days). These subscriptions do not auto-renew.
  • Monthly Subscription: This plan auto-renews every 30 days, charging your payment method on the same date each month.
  • Annual Subscription: A single payment covers a full year of access, and the subscription will auto-renew annually unless canceled.
What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification, and we’ll give you 5 days to update your payment information. During this grace period, your subscription will remain active. If no payment is processed after 5 days, your subscription may be suspended.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your subscription plan by opening a ticket on our customer support Discord server. Our support team will help you modify your subscription. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you must contact our customer support team through our customer support discord server. One of our support agents will manually process your cancellation request.

Please note that all subscription cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the initial purchase or renewal. After this 24-hour window, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.

Are there any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we occasionally offer discounts and promotions for specific subscription lengths, especially for annual subscriptions. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for the latest offers.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, you must open a ticket on our customer support Discord server. One of our agents will assist you in updating your payment details, and these changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

What is your refund policy for subscription?

For annual subscriptions, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied within 7 days of subscribing, you may request a full refund. Refunds for monthly subscriptions or non-subscription purchases are not available.

We currently do not offer a subscription pause feature. If you wish to stop using the service, you may cancel and re-subscribe at any time.
